I made this cake a couple of weeks ago as a going away treat for a teacher at Stephen's school. It was actually pretty simple and I had a fun time doing it, and loved the end product. Baking is such a treat for me and way to "escape" from it all [as long as Stephen is here to watch the girls that is!].
