I have been searching for the perfect brownie recipe for a while now. All this time it was in my collection of recipes, waiting to be rediscovered. I don't know why I didn't remember it. There are 3 types of brownies: chewy, fudgy or cake like. I prefer the chewy or fudgy, preferably a combination of the two; I also prefer darker chocolate. Lo and behold my recipe did not let me down. Dark chocolate goodness, here I come!
